Jenna Stone, Owner and Teacher

Jenna Stone drives passion into yoga and community through schools, businesses, outdoor recreation, motherhood, and international retreats.  Her mission to expand her local community’s access to yoga blossomed from community projects such as Avery Community Yoga into Yoga828, now serving the high country’s lakes, music and wedding venues, ski resorts, and her loving yoga community in Banner Elk, NC.

Jenna is also a licensed elementary school teacher who continues to pour energy into local children’s events due to her everlasting love for education.  She values children and teens coming to the studio and strives to normalize yoga for all ages.

Athletic fields use Jenna to help their athletes create the balance with myofascial discomfort, tight or weak fascia, and refocus a traditional workout on building yoga strength.  “I want to see athletes strengthen and lengthen the deeper muscles that their sport and workouts don’t give their bodies.  Repetitive movements in golf, tennis, football, and running can create imbalances that are hard to recover from if not properly addressed with a foundation of keeping the body aligned and flexible.  Yoga compliments ALL other movements. ” – Jenna

Jeff Thogmartiin

Jeffrey came to this work through his own search for something real. After serving in the U.S. Air Force and spending over 15 years working through PTSD and alcoholism, he reached a point where something finally shifted. What he found on the other side was a deep, steady well of love, clarity, and inner strength that had been there the whole time, just buried under years of struggle.

That experience changed everything for him and it’s what drives the work he does now. Jeffrey is a transformational coach and guides breathwork sessions that help people put down what they’ve been carrying, find their way back to themselves, and reconnect with the peace and aliveness that’s already inside them.

He is also working to bring a long-term vision to life, building a sanctuary in the mountains of Roan Mountain, Tennessee dedicated to healing, breathwork, and personal transformation. The space will serve as a retreat center where spiritual, emotional, and mental healing through deep inner work and time in nature are supported. The sanctuary will also include physical wellness tools such as red-light therapy, saunas, cold plunges, a gym, and other healing modalities.
